We're hiring a Content Lead at Stosi ?

We're looking for the person who'll make Stosi impossible to scroll past.

Stosi is minimal menswear for men who've outgrown loud logos but have zero interest in dressing dull. We're small, growing, and building a brand people genuinely follow for a point of view. Content is how we do it, and we want someone to own it.

The role

Lead and create the content that builds Stosi. Short-form video, founder-led storytelling, product and campaign content — the whole feed. You'll set the direction and roll up your sleeves to make it. Early on you'll create a lot of it yourself; as we grow, you'll build and lead a small team.

You'll

- Own Stosi's content and organic growth — Instagram first
- Make scroll-stopping short-form video, idea to edit
- Produce founder-led content with our founder
- Build the system: pillars, calendar, shoots, formats
- Grow a real audience through storytelling,

You're a fit if you:

- Make genuinely valuable short-form content (show us — your feed is your CV)
- Understand storytelling — you can make someone feel something in 15 seconds
- Have taste for a quiet, considered brand — no loud, no gimmicks
- Can run solo and lead as we scale
- Bonus: fashion / menswear / DTC experience, editing chops (CapCut / Premiere), and you get the founder-led playbook
