The Cinnamon Kitchen- we're are a premium bakery brand that people don't just buy from—they love watching, sharing, and talking about.

We're looking for someone who genuinely loves creating content.

You have an eye for aesthetics and likes being in front of the camera. You notice great packaging, beautiful cafés, thoughtful branding, clean visuals, and details that make content feel premium.

If creating content is something you naturally enjoy even outside of work we'd love to meet you.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on creative role where you'll bring our brand to life through engaging, scroll-stopping content. From product shoots and behind-the-scenes moments to trend-led Reels and authentic UGC, you'll help create content that people genuinely enjoy watching.

What you'll own

- Plan, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels and short-form videos
- Create authentic UGC-style content for paid and organic campaigns
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments, product launches, event visits, team culture, and brand stories
- Brainstorm creative content ideas with the marketing team
- Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them for the brand
- Assist during content shoots and campaign executions
- Coordinate with influencers and creators for collaborations




- Help build a consistent and premium brand presence across social media
- Continuously experiment with new content formats and storytelling styles

What we're looking for

- Students, freshers, or professionals with 0–2 years of experience
- A strong passion for content creation and social media
- Experience creating content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or UGC style videos.
- Comfortable using an iPhone or camera for shooting
- Good understanding of social media trends and premium visual storytelling
- Comfortable appearing on camera or directing others during shoots
