We are looking for a creative powerhouse who can do it all: conceptualize trending Reels, shoot engaging vertical videos, design clean social media posts on Canva, and manage daily publishing. You don’t need a massive film crew background—you need a sharp phone camera eye, strong aesthetic sense, and a deep understanding of internet culture, visual pacing, and social media algorithms.

Skills & Requirements

- Portfolio/Showreel Mandatory: A strong portfolio showcasing creative Canva designs, active social accounts, or a drive link containing original Reels/Shorts you have shot and created.
- Canva Mastery: Advanced knowledge of Canva (layering, font pairing, utilizing brand kits, custom animations, and creating clean, non-generic layouts).
- On-Camera Confidence: Ability to comfortably host, speak, or coordinate video shoots.



(If you prefer staying behind the camera but have excellent direction skills, that works too!)
- Mobile Video Shooting & Editing: Proficiency with mobile shooting setups and mobile editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VN) or desktop setups.
- Platform Fluent: A deep understanding of how Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms work regarding formatting, hooks, and engagement mechanics.
- Communication: Robust written skills for crafting witty, human-centered hooks and captions.
