Role Description The Content Creator Intern will support the development of educational and promotional content for Industry Ready Academy’s programs and initiatives. This full-time, on-site role in Bhubaneswar involves planning and creating digital content such as social media posts, short articles, videos, graphics, and presentation materials aligned with the academy’s brand and learning objectives.

The intern will assist in researching topics, organizing information, drafting scripts or copy, and repurposing existing material into engaging formats. Daily tasks may include collaborating with trainers and staff to understand program needs, scheduling content, updating platforms, and monitoring basic engagement metrics.



The role also includes participating in team meetings, receiving feedback, and continually refining content to improve clarity, relevance, and impact.

Qualifications

- Ability to create clear, engaging written content in English, including short articles, social media captions, and basic scripts.
- Interest or basic skills in visual content creation, such as straightforward graphics, slide decks, or short video clips using common tools.
- Strong research and information organization skills to turn complex topics into accessible, learner-friendly content.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital trends, with an interest in content marketing and audience engagement.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive feedback and work effectively in an on-site team environment.
- Attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn new tools and methods for content creation.
- Current student or recent graduate in any discipline; fields such as communications, media, education, or related areas are an advantage.
