About the Role

We’re looking for a Min/House Content Creator who can create high-performing UGC/EGC style videos on a white background, optimized for ads and social media.

You’ll help bring products to life through natural, believable performance and repeatable content formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Create white BG product videos for ads, EGC, UGC, and social media.
- Generate content in multiple styles/hooks (e.g., problem/solution, demo, unboxing, before after, lifestyle angles).
- Capture clean visuals: proper framing, lighting, and sound.
- Follow briefs provided by the marketing/content team to deliver required shots and structure.
- Create short-form creatives (primarily for Reels/Shorts/TikTok + paid ads formats).
- Deliver content with clear CTA moments (e.g., “Buy now”, “Try it today”, “See results”, etc.).
- Collaborate with the team for iterations and approvals based on performance feedback.

Requirements

- Comfortable appearing on camera (face + voice or voice-only depending on campaign).




- Basic knowledge of UGC/short-form ad content is a plus (not mandatory).
- Willingness to learn scripting, hooks, and filming frameworks quickly.
- Ability to understand product requirements and present them clearly.
- Consistent delivery and professionalism (deadlines + revisions).
- Fresher welcome; influencer/content creator profiles are encouraged.

Optional / Preferred

- Basic editing skills (Cap Cut/Premiere) OR experience creating raw content that’s easy to edit. • Prior experience with product demo videos, beauty/skincare/consumer goods, or similar niches.
- Own a smartphone and can record in stable framing (or work within studio setup).
