What You'll Do

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Develop high-quality Reels, Shorts, videos, graphics and AI-generated content.
- Write compelling captions, scripts and marketing copy.
- Use AI tools to research, brainstorm, generate ideas and speed up content production.
- Collaborate with designers, marketing and product teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, AI tools and content formats.
- Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent publishing.
- Analyse content performance and continuously improve engagement.
- Help build Monoskin's digital presence and brand identity.

Who We're Looking For

- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Veo, Adobe Firefly, CapCut AI or similar.
- Basic understanding of graphic design and video editing.
- Self-motivated, organised and eager to learn.




- Freshers with an outstanding portfolio or social media presence are encouraged to apply.

Bonus Skills

- Photography or videography.
- Video editing using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or Final Cut Pro.
- Graphic design using Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or Figma.
- Understanding of SEO, content marketing and analytics.
- Experience managing brand or personal social media accounts.
