Key Responsibilities: Perform and supervise microbiology investigations, including bacteriology, mycology, virology.

- Ensure accurate, timely, and reliable reporting of results with a focus on diagnostic excellence.

- Conduct antimicrobial susceptibility testing and participate in antibiotic stewardship programs.

- Oversee quality control and quality assurance processes as per NABL standards.

- Collaborate with clinicians for result interpretation.

- Participate in infection prevention, biosafety protocols, and laboratory audits.
