Raw Material Testing

- Cement: Check consistency, initial/final setting time, and soundness.

- Aggregates: Test for silt content, moisture levels, specific gravity, and grading limits.

- Water & Admixtures: Ensure clean mixing water and verify chemical/superplasticizer compatibility. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Production & Batching Control

- Plant Calibration: Routinely calibrate load cells, water meters, and admixture dispensers.

- Mix Verification: Run trial mix designs for target compressive strength and workability before full dispatch.

- Computerized Batching: Monitor accurate weighing of solid and liquid components inside automated control rooms. [1, 2, 3]

Fresh & Hardened Concrete Testing

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
