Role Description The Computer Trainer will deliver classroom-based and lab-based instruction to students in various IT domains, ensuring clear, practical, and engaging learning experiences.

Responsibilities include designing and updating training materials, lesson plans, and exercises aligned with Techspiers’ curriculum and industry standards. The role involves demonstrating software tools and programming concepts, guiding learners through hands-on projects, assessing performance through assignments and tests, and providing constructive feedback and mentoring.





The Computer

Trainer will also support placement readiness by helping learners with interview preparation, professional communication, and basic career guidance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jalandhar I.

Qualifications

Robust foundation in Computer Science concepts and familiarity with relevant IT domains taught at the institute.

Practical Programming skills (e.g., web technologies, data-related tools, or scripting languages) and ability to explain concepts clearly.

Effective Communication skills, including the ability to present complex topics in an accessible way and engage diverse learners.

Experience in Curriculum Development, lesson planning, and creation of structured training materials or assessments.

Proven Teaching or training experience in IT or related fields, with a learner-centered and inclusive approach.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; relevant certifications are an advantage.

Comfort with hands-on labs, classroom management, and use of digital tools for instruction and assessment.

Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement of courses and training methods.
