Position : AM Component Development & Material Management

Work location: Peenya, Bangalore

Working days: 6

Experience : BE Mechanical / DME with 10+ years of relevant

1. Hands-on experience in hydraulic component development and machining using CNC and VMC machines.
2. Active participation in DFM reviews and the ability to provide feedback on manufacturing constraints.
3. Valuable understanding of GD&T.;
4. Experience in preparing APQP and PPAP documentation.
5. Experience in supplier audits and supplier development.
6. Ability to prepare zero-based component cost estimates.
7. Lead development of machined, forged, cast, fabricated, welded, and hydraulic components.
8. Coordinate RFQ, technical feasibility review,
9. Drive prototype development, validation, and production readiness.




10. Ensure component development milestones are achieved as per project timelines.
11. Coordinate process prove-out activities.
12. Ensure supplier manufacturing processes meet product and process requirements.
13. Responsible for Lead time and cost
