Compliance Officer – GIFT City (IFSC)

About the Role :

We're looking for a Compliance Officer to strengthen our regulatory and governance function for our GIFT City (IFSC) entity. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, taxation, and statutory filings, along with an understanding of the IFSCA ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead compliance activities for the Fund Management Entity (FME) in GIFT City.

Prepare IFSCA applications, regulatory responses, board resolutions, and compliance documentation.

Draft policies, SOPs, governance documents, and Codes of Conduct.

Ensure compliance with IFSCA, RBI, GST, TDS, and ODI regulations.

Develop and monitor AML/KYC/CFT compliance frameworks.

Manage statutory filings, corporate secretarial documentation,



and regulatory reporting.

Interpret regulatory circulars and implement compliance requirements across the organization.

Coordinate with auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

2–3 years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Corporate Secretarial, or Financial Services.

Valuable understanding of GIFT City (IFSC) regulations.

Hands-on experience with TDS, GST, RBI, and ODI compliance.

Strong documentation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience in Fund Management Entity (FME) compliance is a plus.
