About The Team The India COE Compliance Hub is focused on protecting the Group's reputation and managing risk across business functions by supporting various Compliance teams. The department currently provides services across:

- Global Compliance Training
- Capital Markets Surveillance
- Electronic Communication Surveillance
- Compliance Migration Coordination
- Personal Account Dealing
- MIS
- Project Management Support

The team works closely with business partners across CIB and the wider organization.

Position Overview

We are looking for a Compliance Data Analyst SharePoint Developer to join the CIB TSS (Transversal Services & Solutions) Data & Tooling Team in Mumbai .

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role supporting initiatives across Data Architecture, SharePoint development, Data Visualization, Data Governance, Process Automation, and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and configure SharePoint sites (SharePoint Online and On-Premises)
- Develop Power BI dashboards and data visualizations
- Support Data Architecture project management by designing secure and scalable data solutions
- Build and enhance SharePoint tools, including workflows, libraries, lists, and automation
- Create interactive dashboards to support business decision-making
- Maintain documentation, repositories, and data governance standards
- Identify opportunities to automate BAU processes




- Support change management initiatives and risk mitigation with onshore teams
- Manage stakeholder expectations and deliver reporting/KPIs
- Communicate project status, operating procedures, workflows, presentations, and updates effectively

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 8 years of relevant experience
- Strong SharePoint development experience (customization, workflows, integrations, etc.)
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and SharePoint Designer workflows
- Hands-on experience with Power BI
- Experience with SharePoint and Dataiku
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Certifications One Or More Of The Following (or Equivalent Expertise)

- MS-500 Microsoft 365 Security Administration
