Job Summary

Location: Hyderabad

Position Type: Full-time, onsite. No hybrid work option.

Functional Reporting: Global HRIS Lead

- UK Shift : 2 pm to 11 pm IST (4.30 am to 13.30 pm EST/ 9.30 am to 6.30 pm UK time]

Job Summary We have an exciting opportunity to join us to work in a truly global environment. The role leads the configuration and optimization of Compensation and Advantages modules to support reward strategies and ensure accurate, compliant processing.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Configure salary structures, compensation plans, and eligibility rules
- Manage annual compensation cycles (merit, bonus, stock where applicable)
- Configure and maintain benefits programs across regions
- Ensure alignment with company reward policies and local legislation
- Support integration with payroll for compensation and benefits data
- Partner with HR and Finance on reward strategy execution
- Conduct audits and ensure data accuracy
- User training
- Create Process/Module documentation

Requirements: education, competencies & skills

- Must have about 8-10 years of experience in similar role
- Oracle HCM Compensation and/or Benefits module expertise
- Strong understanding of global reward practices
- Experience with compensation cycles and workforce planning
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to translate policy into system configuration
