Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Compensation & Advantages (C&B;) Specialist to support the design, implementation, and administration of the organization's Total Rewards strategy. The role will focus on compensation benchmarking, job evaluation, salary structure design, incentive programs, and rewards policies to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing compensation frameworks, conducting market benchmarking, supporting annual compensation reviews, and managing Total Rewards initiatives within a fast-paced organization.
