- Should have proficiency in configuring and administering Commvault components (Media Agents, CommServe, clients etc.
- Manage and monitor daily operations of the Commvault Backup tool to ensure successful backups and recoveries.
- Able to schedule, configure, manage, monitor and troubleshoot backup jobs across physical, virtual, Desktop backup, D2D, object storage, cloud-based infrastructures & Tape Library.
- Perform root cause analysis of failed jobs and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Perform periodic updates, patching and upgrades of the Commvault Backup system.
