? Qualification

Any Graduate (preferred)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to travel locally and work in the field

? Key Responsibilities

Mobilize youth (18–25 years) for free skill development and employment programs.

Conduct field visits, community meetings, and awareness campaigns.

Build relationships with colleges, communities, NGOs, and local stakeholders.

Achieve enrollment targets through regular outreach activities.

Maintain accurate records and submit daily activity reports.

Support candidates throughout the enrollment process.

✅ Skills Required

Positive communication skills

Able to speak Telugu, Hindi & English

Confident in interacting with communities

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools & Social Media Marketing
