Job Title: Community Manager (Shared Role – Multi-Location)

Location: Mumbai (Across Two Gym Locations)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, socially active Community Manager to build, engage, and grow our fitness communities across two club locations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, enjoys interacting with people, and can seamlessly blend offline community building with online content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the face of the brand at both gym locations, fostering a strong and engaging community culture

Plan, organize, and execute events, fitness challenges, and member engagement activities

Create, shoot, and edit engaging content (Reels, Stories, Posts)

Manage and grow the brand’s presence, especially Instagram

Build relationships with members and drive retention through personalized engagement

Collaborate with trainers and staff to highlight success stories and gym activities





Identify and onboard micro-influencers and brand advocates within the community

Candidate Profile

Highly extroverted, energetic, and socially confident personality

Physically active with a genuine interest in fitness and wellness

Strong presence on Instagram (minimum 3,000 followers preferred)

Skilled in mobile video shooting and editing for other platforms

Comfortable being on camera and creating content regularly

Ability to manage events and engage with diverse groups of people

Experience Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in community management, events, hospitality, fitness, or related service industry

Prior experience in management or content creation is a strong advantage

Additional Preferred

Experience working with fitness brands, gyms, or lifestyle communities is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
