About StockGro

StockGro is a fintech platform empowering 35M+ users to learn, invest, and engage — and we love making finance feel simple, relatable, and fun. We're looking for two creative, camera-confident people to make short, quirky, in-house videos that people actually stop to watch and click on. You'll be the face and the brain: coming up with ideas, writing scripts and concept notes, and shooting them — sometimes pulling in a colleague, sometimes just you and a phone.

It's a low-fuss, high-energy role: not cinematic productions, but authentic, scrappy, high-quality content shot at speed, blending fun with StockGro's message.

What You’ll Do

- Identify and reach out to colleges, clubs, communities, and student creators to bring them into the StockGro ambassador network.
- Onboard, brief, and motivate ambassadors — set clear tasks, share assets, and keep them active with regular check-ins.
- Run outbound outreach campaigns across WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, LinkedIn, and email, and track what’s working.
- Plan and guide ambassadors to conduct on-ground and online activations (campus drives, contests, sessions) — sometimes solo, sometimes roping in colleagues.
- Own your numbers: chase signup, engagement, and activation targets, report daily, and iterate quickly on what converts.





What We’re Looking For

- Robust communication and persuasion skills, with confident spoken English + Hinglish that sounds natural to a young, urban audience.
- A people magnet with a self-starter, “just do it” attitude — comfortable cold-reaching out, following up, and closing.
- Sharp organisation and hustle to manage many ambassadors and conversations at once without dropping the ball.
- Some basic understanding of the stock market, and a genuine curiosity to learn more about fintech and our product.
- Nice to have (not mandatory): prior experience in a campus ambassador program, community management, sales, or event/BD outreach.
