Role: Commission-Based Sales & Growth Associate (Remote)

We’re looking for ambitious individuals who know how to generate sales—not just respond to customer inquiries.

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for marketing, e-commerce, social media, or online selling who enjoys finding creative ways to grow a brand and earn through performance.

What You’ll Do

- Generate sales through Instagram, WhatsApp, referrals, and other digital channels.
- Reach new customers using your own marketing and sales strategies.




- Build meaningful customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Collaborate on influencer campaigns, affiliate partnerships, and creative marketing initiatives.
- Share customer insights to improve campaigns and the overall buying experience.
- Help grow WEARJIM into a leading premium fragrance brand.

Who We’re Looking For

- Someone who can create demand and generate sales.
- Self-motivated, creative, and growth-oriented.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools.
- Experience in online sales, digital marketing, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce is a plus—but your ability to deliver results matters most.
