Position :Commercial Executive

Job Overview:

A "post-order commercial executive" is responsible for managing the commercial aspects of a sale once an order has been placed, including price negotiation, contract finalization, ensuring timely delivery, managing customer invoicing, and resolving any post-sale issues, essentially acting as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company after the initial sale is secured.

Key Responsibilities:

- Thoroughly review customer purchase orders, identifying any discrepancies, and negotiating final contract terms with the client.

- Ensuring accurate pricing is applied to orders based on agreed-upon terms, including any discounts or special pricing arrangements.

- Coordination with logistics, and warehouse to ensure timely order processing and delivery.

- Generating accurate invoices, monitoring outstanding payments, and following up with customers on overdue invoices.

- Maintaining ongoing communication with customers, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise post-sale.





- Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to post-order sales performance, including delivery times, customer satisfaction, and revenue generated.

- Ensuring adherence to all relevant commercial regulations and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in a commercial or customer service role within a sales environment.

- Solid understanding of sales order processing, contract management, and invoicing procedures.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and SAP software.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
