Key Skills:

- Minimum 5 years of MPOS/ePOS development experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (MPOS/CPOS)
- Proficient in Commerce Runtime (CRT)
- Experience with Retail SDK and extensibility framework
- Experience supporting live POS environments
- Experience integrating payment systems and third-party applications
- Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce MPOS/CPOS solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide production support for Point of Sale (POS) systems across multiple retail store locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payment processing, POS functionality, deployment, and application issues.




- Collaborate with Retail Operations, business stakeholders, and technical teams to resolve production incidents.
- Plan, support, and execute POS deployments, upgrades, rollouts, and system releases.
- Hands-on experience with Retail Server and Hardware Station
- Robust programming skills in X++, C#, and TypeScript
- Experience integrating payment systems and third-party applications
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Retail Server and Hardware Station components.
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Design and develop integrations with payment gateways, third-party applications, and enterprise systems.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development, sprint planning, testing, code reviews, and release management activities.
- Monitor and ensure the availability, stability, performance, and uptime of retail POS environments.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA), implement fixes, and drive continuous improvements for POS applications.
- Ensure compliance with development standards, security policies, and deployment best practices.
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and support knowledge articles for ongoing maintenance.
