Join us as our Colleague Services India Lead In this pivotal role, you'll lead the end-to-end delivery of Colleague Services across India and the Rest of World (RoW), shaping how colleagues experience support at every stage of their working life
You'll provide strategic and operational leadership across onboarding, reward, in-life, offboarding and people relations, driving efficiency, innovation and a solid service culture

We're offering this role at Director level What you'll do As a Colleague Services Lead, you’ll shape and execute the India Colleague Services strategy, translating business priorities, transformation objectives and People plans into colleague-first experiences. You'll oversee the effective operations of the India Colleague Services shared services model, ensuring seamless, compliant and consistent delivery throughout the employee lifecycle. You'll also drive operational excellence through process optimisation, automation, data-led insights and continuous improvement, using technology and analytics to deliver measurable gains in performance, efficiency and colleague outcomes.
In Addition To
This, You'll Be Leading and developing high-performing, multidisciplinary teams, building capability, succession pipelines and a culture of service excellence
Overseeing India-based Payroll services, ensuring consistent delivery, governance, controls and strong colleague outcomes
Defining, monitoring and continuously improving SLAs, performance measures, colleague satisfaction and operational controls
Representing India Colleague Services at senior leadership forums, providing clear insight on performance, risks, costs and opportunities
Ensuring a strong control environment and compliance with corporate governance policy, legal and regulatory requirements, including delegated authority and expenditure limits
Partnering with India functional leaders and UK process owners to align service, process standards and controls, embedding closed-loop feedback
Enabling organisational change and acting as an ambassador across senior stakeholders The skills you'll need You'll bring significant leadership experience in Colleague Services, HR Operations, People Relations case management and Shared Services within large, complex, regulated organisations. You'll have deep expertise across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, reward and benefits administration, wellbeing services, payroll, employee relations, organisational change and performance management. Alongside this, you'll bring a sound understanding of India employment legislation, payroll operations, employee relations and wellbeing frameworkswithin a controlled risk environment, together with the credibility and influence to build effective partnerships at executive level.
You'll Also Have A proven track record of delivering service excellence and operational performance through global and India-based service delivery models
Experience owning and optimising end-to-end processes, including standardisation, SLA management, service governance and management of people data and HR systems at scale
Strong technology and data literacy, with experience of HR platforms, automation, workflow tools, analytics and emerging technologies to improve service delivery
Commercial acumen, including experience managing budgets, suppliers, service performance, productivity and cost optimisation The ability to balance operational excellence and innovation with empathy, judgement and discretion in managing complex people matters
