Role Description The Co-Owner role at Pitambar Productions is a full-time, in office position based in Guwahati. This role involves overseeing day-to-day business operations, collaborating on strategic planning, and driving growth across key functions such as sales, marketing, and product development. The Co-Owner will work closely with other partners and team members to define service offerings, manage client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, guiding social media presence, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to long-term financial planning. The Co-Owner is expected to take a hands-on approach to leadership, nurture a positive team culture, and represent the company in external meetings, events, and industry networks.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present ideas clearly, negotiate, and build relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
- Experience in sales, with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals,



and manage key accounts to support business growth.
- Background in product development or service design, with the ability to shape offerings that meet market needs and align with the company’s creative vision.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies, including brand positioning, campaign planning, and performance tracking.
- Practical experience with social media platforms and content planning to grow audience engagement and support promotional initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills, with experience managing teams or projects in a creative or media environment.
- Business acumen, including basic understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Guwahati, maintain a collaborative attitude, and adapt to a dynamic, project-based workflow.
