Role Overview The Center Head manages the entire coaching center. Main goal: hit academic results + admission targets + keep parents, students, and teachers happy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Academics & Quality

- Plan the academic calendar, batches, timetable, and syllabus completion
- Monitor teaching quality. Do class observations + teacher feedback
- Track student performance, test results, and doubt-clearing
- Ensure study material, worksheets, and mock tests are delivered on time

2. Admissions & Business Growth

- Meet monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets
- Handle walk-ins, counseling, and parent meetings to convert leads
- Run local marketing: school visits, demo classes, referrals, social media
- Manage fees collection, scholarships, and discounts as per policy

3. Team & Operations

- Hire, train, and manage teachers + counselors + front desk staff
- Set KPIs for the team and do performance reviews
- Manage center inventory: books, stationery, projectors, seating
- Ensure compliance with safety, attendance, and company SOPs

4. Parent & Student Relations





- Handle escalations and feedback from parents/students
- Conduct PTMs and progress report sharing
- Build retention by focusing on results and student experience

5. Reporting

- Send daily/weekly reports: admissions, revenue, attendance, results to management
- Track center P&L;, expenses, and budget

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2-5 years in education/coaching. 1+ year in a leadership role preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree. B.Ed / MBA is a plus
- Skills: Counseling, sales, team leadership, communication in English + Hindi/local language
- Mindset: Target-driven, data oriented, positive at motivating both students and staff
- Tools: MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software, basic social media
