Manage assigned loan accounts to achieve collection and recovery targets. Contact customers through calls, emails, field visits (where applicable), and digital channels to collect overdue payments. Negotiate repayment plans and settlements within approved company guidelines.
Monitor delinquent accounts and ensure timely follow-up on overdue cases. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, payment commitments, and recovery actions in the collection management system. Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Customer Service teams to resolve customer issues affecting repayments.
Escalate high-risk or non-responsive accounts for legal recovery or other remedial actions as per company policy. Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, internal policies, and fair collection practices.
