We are looking for a co-founder who wants to build a company from the ground up not just join one.

Role Overview

As Co-Founder, you will work alongside the founder to shape the company’s vision, strategy, operations, and growth. This is an equity-focused opportunity for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and is excited to build an international luxury brand.

Responsibilities

- Help define and execute Krest Privé’s long-term strategy.
- Build partnerships with luxury brands, hotels, private aviation companies, yacht providers, and premium service partners.
- Develop business growth strategies and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Lead business development and strategic sales.
- Build and manage key client relationships.
- Recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team.
- Represent Krest Privé at networking events, luxury experiences, and industry conferences.
- Collaborate on branding, marketing, investor relations, and fundraising initiatives.




- Establish scalable operational systems and processes.

Ideal Candidate

- Entrepreneurial mindset with a builder’s mentality.
- Experience in luxury, hospitality, aviation, real estate, events, marketing, technology, consulting, or business development.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment with ambiguity and rapid change.
- Willing to travel when required.
- Passionate about creating premium client experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing partnerships or enterprise sales.
- Existing network within luxury, hospitality, aviation, or real estate industries.
- Experience leading teams or founding a business is an advantage.
- International business exposure is desirable.
