Role Description As a Co-Founder at quambase, you will play a central role in shaping the company’s vision, strategy, and product roadmap in a full-time, remote capacity. Your day-to-day work will include identifying and validating market opportunities, collaborating on the design and positioning of specialized LLM solutions, and building relationships with early customers and partners.

You will help define go-to-market strategies, contribute to fundraising efforts, and work closely with technical and product teams to align solutions with customer needs. The role also involves setting operational priorities, establishing processes, and fostering a culture of transparency, experimentation,



and continuous improvement. You will be expected to take ownership across multiple domains, including strategy, sales, marketing, and research, to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to assess markets, interpret data, and support strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Sales experience or aptitude, with the ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close early-stage deals.
- Marketing skills to develop positioning, messaging, and growth initiatives for AI and automation products.
- Research capabilities to understand customer pain points, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in AI, machine learning, or automation solutions for small businesses.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and hands-on problem-solving in a startup environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team and collaborate across technical and non-technical functions.
- Background in business, technology, or a related field is beneficial; prior startup or founding experience is a plus.
