Role Description As a Co-Founder at GrowEasy?, you will help shape the vision, strategy, and growth of a learning platform focused on aspiring Product Managers. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, where you will work closely with the founding team to define and refine the business model, product offerings, and go-to-market strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include driving partnerships with educational institutions and industry stakeholders, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and contributing to content and curriculum direction to ensure high placement outcomes.

You will engage with learners and mentors, analyze performance data,



and continuously improve programs based on market feedback. The role also involves managing operations, building a high-performing team, and representing the brand in external forums and events.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and research abilities to evaluate market trends, learner outcomes, and business performance.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, learners, partners, and stakeholders.

Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in education, edtech, or early-stage startups.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership, work in a fast-paced environment, and make data-informed decisions.

Experience in product management, education, or training programs is highly beneficial.

Ability to build and lead diverse teams, foster an inclusive culture, and manage cross-functional projects.

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus but not mandatory.

Comfort with in office work in Noida and willingness to engage directly with learners and institutional partners.
