Responsibilities Own and lead the complete sales function from strategy to execution.

Develop and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.

Identify, qualify, and convert recent business opportunities.

Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts.

Conduct product demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Build strong relationships with hotel owners, operators, and hospitality groups.

Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product team to improve the platform.

Establish sales processes, KPIs, CRM workflows, and forecasting.

Develop strategic partnerships to accelerate growth.

Recruit, mentor, and scale the sales team as the company grows.

Represent OwMyHotel at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Work closely with the founding team to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Qualifications

5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, software, or technology sales.





Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience selling to hotels, hospitality businesses, or travel technology customers is preferred.

Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Experience building sales processes in an early-stage startup is a plus.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for building businesses.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (MBA is a plus but not required).

Willingness to take ownership, work hands-on, and grow with the company.
