What I'm looking for :
I'm looking for a co-founder to take full ownership of fundraising — someone who can find investors, build relationships with them, pitch them, and close actual investment into the company. This is the single most key thing I need right now.
- No prior experience required — a background in fundraising or investor relations is a plus, but not mandatory
- No age limit, no location or country restriction — anyone, anywhere, can apply
- What matters most is the ability to genuinely find, talk to, and secure real investors
What you'll do :
- Identify and reach out to potential investors
- Pitch Forge and represent the company in investor conversations
- Negotiate and close investment into the company
- Own the business and company-building side going forward, while I focus entirely on the technology
What's offered :
Equal co-founder equity (50%) upon successfully bringing in investment for the company. This is a real co-founder role, not a contractor or advisor position — full commitment expected in return for full partnership.
