Role Description The Co-Founder will play a central role in shaping the vision, strategy, and daily operations of Amri MindTalks & Inner Engineering Center. This full-time, on-site position in Ernakulam involves leading and managing the center’s services, building partnerships, and ensuring a compassionate, client-centered environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing client experience, coordinating sessions and programs, guiding team members, and contributing to service design and improvement.

The Co-Founder will also engage in community outreach, support marketing and awareness initiatives, and help develop new offerings aligned with the center’s mission of emotional healing and inner transformation. Collaboration,



transparent decision-making, and hands-on involvement in both strategic planning and operational tasks are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including active listening, empathy, transparent verbal and written expression, and the ability to build trust with clients and partners.

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to understand client needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and make data-informed decisions for service improvement.

- Candidates should possess Sales skills to help promote services ethically, build relationships with prospective clients, and support sustainable growth of the center.

- Candidates should possess Marketing skills to develop awareness campaigns, manage outreach activities, and communicate the center’s mission effectively across channels.

- Candidates should ideally have experience or strong interest in mental health, counseling, coaching, or emotional well-being, and a genuine passion for helping people.

- Candidates should demonstrate leadership and collaboration abilities, with experience in managing small teams or projects and contributing to organizational strategy.

- Candidates with a background in psychology, social work, counseling, business, or related fields are preferred, though equivalent experience and mindset are also valued.

- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Ernakulam and committed to full-time availability, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
