We are looking for a CNC Machine Operator who can operate CNC Router machines safely and efficiently. The candidate should be able to load materials, run jobs, maintain quality, and keep the machine and work area clean.
Responsibilities
- Operate CNC Router machines.
- Load and unload MDF, HDHMR, plywood, acrylic, and other materials.
- Set the workpiece properly on the machine.
- Start and monitor CNC jobs.
- Check finished parts for size and quality.
- Replace cutting tools when required.
- Clean the machine and surrounding work area daily.
- Follow safety rules while operating the machine.
- Inform the supervisor about any machine issues immediately.
- Handle materials carefully to avoid damage.
- Maintain basic production records.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of CNC machine operating experience (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of CNC Router machines.
- Ability to read straightforward drawings and measurements.
- Familiar with measuring tools like measuring tape and vernier caliper.
- Physically fit to handle material loading and unloading.
