Role Description This is a full-time, in office CNC Milling and Turning Operator role based in Balanagar. The operator will set up, program, and run CNC milling and turning machines to produce precision components according to engineering drawings and process specifications.

Daily tasks include selecting appropriate tools and fixtures, performing machine offsets and adjustments, monitoring machining operations, and inspecting parts using measuring instruments to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

Qualifications





- Robust CNC operation skills, including setting up and running CNC milling and turning machines, interpreting G-code, and adjusting offsets and parameters.
- Knowledge of cutting tools, work-holding fixtures, machining techniques, and optimization of feeds, speeds, and tool paths for various materials.
- Prior experience in aerospace, defence, nuclear, energy, or other high-precision manufacturing industries is an advantage.
- Relevant technical education such as ITI, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical, Production, or Tool & Die disciplines.
- Ability to work in shifts, follow standard operating procedures, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
