- Set up and operate CNC machines (Fanuc/Siemens/Haas or as applicable).

- Read and interpret engineering drawings, job orders, and tool sheets.

- Load raw materials and tools; ensure correct tooling and offsets.

- Adjust machine settings, feeds, and speeds for accurate machining.

- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge).

- Maintain dimensional accuracy as per drawing tolerances.

- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.

- Perform basic CNC program editing (if required).

- Maintain daily production reports and job cards.

- Ensure machine cleanliness and follow preventive maintenance schedules.

- Adhere to all safety rules and maintain a clean working workplace.

- Coordinate with the supervisor for job priority and quality issues.
