Role Description The CNC and VMC Machine Operator is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC and VMC machines to manufacture precision components for mechanical seals.

Daily tasks include interpreting technical drawings, selecting appropriate tools, loading materials, and adjusting machine parameters to meet specifications. The CNC and VMC Machine Operator inspects finished parts, performs basic maintenance on machinery,



and documents production data to support quality control and continuous improvement. Collaboration with production and quality teams is expected to ensure safe, efficient operations and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling for CNC/VMC equipment.
- Candidates should possess Machining and Milling skills for precision component manufacturing.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to inspect parts, measure tolerances, and verify compliance with specifications.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Experience with CNC/VMC programming basics and tool selection is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or mechanical engineering environment, preferably in seals or related components.
- Relevant technical diploma in mechanical engineering or ITI certification in Turner, Fitter, machining, or a related field is preferred.
