We are seeking an CMDB Lead with 6-8 years of experience to manage and enhance the organization's Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Configuration Management processes. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), CMDB governance, discovery tools, data quality, and ITIL best practices. This role will collaborate with infrastructure, application, cloud, security, and operations teams to ensure the CMDB remains accurate, complete, and aligned with business requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
