Cluster Sales Manager - Broking Channel - 6 Months - 5 Years- Hyderabad

Your Future Employer - Our client is a leading General Insurance organization with a solid presence in the Commercial Insurance segment. The company is known for providing comprehensive risk solutions and building long-term relationships with brokers, intermediaries, and corporate clients.

Responsibilities

1. Achieve monthly business targets across all Commercial Lines of business.
2. Manage and service existing brokers/intermediaries while driving renewals and acquiring new business.
3. Develop relationships with new brokers and intermediaries to increase market penetration.
4. Handle Commercial Lines products including Fire & Engineering, Liability, Marine, and Workmen's Compensation.
5. Ensure timely servicing by meeting the defined turnaround timelines (TATs).
6. Coordinate with underwriting, operations, and other internal teams for seamless policy issuance and servicing.

Requirements
1. 6 Months - 5 Years of years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Insurance Sales within the Hyderabad market.
2. Experience working with General Insurance companies or leading insurance brokers.
3. Strong exposure to Commercial Lines products such as Fire & Engineering, Marine, Liability, and Workmen's Compensation.
4.



Established broker network with strong market relationships.
