We are looking for a Cluster Engineer to join our team in Jodhpur. The role involves managing and supporting engineering operations across the assigned cluster, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and timely resolution of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee engineering/maintenance activities across the designated cluster area
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections within the cluster
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of tasks
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records and reports of work carried out
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and quality guidelines
- Liaise with local vendors/contractors as required
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (relevant discipline) or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel extensively within the cluster
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office / reporting tools
- Prior experience in a similar field role preferred
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
