Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage subscription processes for private equity funds, ensuring timely and accurate processing of subscriptions and redemptions.

- Coordinate with transfer agents to ensure seamless execution of fundraising activities, including capital calls and distribution payments.

- Develop strong relationships with investors through regular communication, addressing queries, and providing updates on fund performance.

- Assist in preparing reports for investor relations purposes, highlighting key metrics such as NAV calculations.

- Private equity / Real estate fund administration experience

Job Requirements :

- 1-10 years of experience in private equity or related field (investment banking/venture capital).





- Working knowledge of Investor based /fund based applications (or other Private Equity system)

- Solid understanding of financial markets,, and regulations governing alternative investments.

- Proficiency in using software applications used by transfer agencies (e.g., Investran) is an asset.

- Expected to work Closely with Onshore counterpart on individual Funds aligned

- Good understanding of Fund Setup, Investor Setup, Company Setup, Contacts and circulation list updates over investor portal

- Investigation of Investors Subscription & redemption documents
