Key Responsibilities 12 + Years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) with deep understanding of end-to-end contract processes and lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with the Sirion platform (mandatory), including configuration, implementation, and support of CLM solutions.
Ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Translate business requirements into functional designs and solution constructs, providing scalable and effective CLM solutions.
Experience in contract authoring and workflow management, including contract creation, review, approval processes, and automation.
Expertise in obligation management and CLM process design, ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency throughout the contract lifecycle.
Proven delivery experience in CLM implementations, with a robust preference for hands-on Sirion practitioners who have successfully delivered CLM projects rather than candidates with only generic CLM exposure.
