About the Role The Clinical Receptionist is more than the face of our studio you are the first impression of KOSA. Every interaction, from welcoming a client to coordinating their visit, contributes to an experience that is warm, seamless, and deeply personal.

What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and ensure every visit feels effortless and personalised.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and daily front desk operations.
- Coordinate closely with our Dermal Therapists to deliver a seamless client journey.
- Respond to client enquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and in person.
- Manage billing, client records, and administrative responsibilities with accuracy.
- Uphold the premium standards of hospitality and care that define the KOSA experience.
Who We're Looking For
✔ 1+ years of experience in a client-facing role.
✔ Experience in aesthetic or dermatology clinics, luxury hospitality, premium healthcare, wellness centres, concierge services, boutique hotels, or luxury retail.
✔ Excellent communication skills and a polished, professional presence.
✔ Highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service.
✔ Someone who believes genuine care and attention to detail create unforgettable client experiences.
