Dermalicious is looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of a premium dermatology and aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business performance, ensuring operational excellence, leading the clinic team, delivering an exceptional patient experience, and maintaining compliance with clinical and operational standards. Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.

Drive monthly revenue targets, treatment conversions, package sales, and patient retention.

Ensure a seamless, premium patient experience and resolve escalated concerns.

Lead, train, and manage front office, therapists, nurses, housekeeping, and support staff.

Monitor appointment scheduling, treatment room utilisation, and operational efficiency.

Oversee billing, cash handling, inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.

Ensure adherence to SOPs, infection control, quality standards, and statutory compliance.

Coordinate local marketing initiatives, referral partnerships, and business development activities.





Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and analyse business performance.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and profitability.

5–8 years of experience in clinic, healthcare, aesthetic, wellness, or hospitality operations.

Proven experience in leading teams and managing business performance.

Robust leadership, communication, customer service, and organisational skills.

Proficient in clinic management software and Microsoft Office.
