Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive Client Services Manager who can build robust client relationships, understand healthcare communication needs and coordinate internal teams to deliver high-quality work on time. The ideal candidate will combine account-management skills with sound knowledge of digital marketing, creative campaigns and healthcare communication.

Key Responsibilities

· Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and develop trusted, long-term relationships.

· Understand client objectives and convert them into clear briefs for creative, content, strategy,



digital and media teams.

· Manage campaigns and projects from briefing through execution, approval and final delivery.

· Prepare project plans, timelines, estimates, presentations and status reports.

· Coordinate internal resources and ensure work is delivered on time and within scope.

· Lead client meetings, reviews and campaign-performance discussions.

· Manage client expectations, feedback, approvals and escalations professionally.

· Identify opportunities for account growth and support pitches, proposals and new-business presentations.

· Ensure communication respects healthcare-sector sensitivities and relevant brand guidelines.

Required Skills and Experience

· 5-6 years of client servicing or account-management experience in a digital, advertising or creative agency.

· Healthcare, pharmaceutical, hospital, wellness or health-tech experience is strongly preferred.

· Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, social media, content and creative production.

· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
