We are looking for a Client Servicing Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are eager to build a career in Supply Chain, Client Service, or Operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
- Communicate effectively with customers and stakeholders through email and calls.
- Track customer requests and provide timely updates.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain documentation.
- Support the team with day-to-day customer service activities.

Requirements
- Robust verbal and written communication skills (Mandatory).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, SQL (formulas, sorting, filtering, pivot tables preferred).
- Proficient Microsoft PowerPoint skills for preparing presentations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.





Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor's or a master's degree graduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field.
- Prior internship or project experience in client servicing is a plus.
