Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client interactions, handle post-sales support, and ensure a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be organized, and enjoy building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage leads and coordinate with prospective clients.
- Handle post-sales client servicing and relationship management.
- Respond to client queries and resolve concerns promptly.
- Follow up with clients regarding payments and pending documents.
- Maintain client records and update CRM/Excel reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–1 year of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, Sales, or a similar role.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.




- Sales or marketing background will be an added advantage.

Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi & English.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to handle client complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
