The Client Relationship
Executive will coordinate with internal teams to address client requirements, support issue resolution, and ensure commitments are met.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of client communications, preparing reports and presentations when needed, and proactively identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships. The role also requires participating in client meetings, gathering feedback, and helping improve service processes to enhance the overall client experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Business Relationship Management and Time Management skills.
- Build
and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp,
and meetings.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and understand
customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Relevant experience in construction, real estate, or related client-facing roles is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple client accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey.
Experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is an advantage.
