We are a KSUM-incubated B2B SaaS startup building operational software for the jewelry and restaurant industries.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for inbound business leads. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role focused on understanding client bottlenecks and building trust with traditional business owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage: Speak with inbound leads to understand their business challenges.
- Consult: Explain how our software solves their specific operational problems.
- Organize: Track all lead activities in our CRM and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate: Hand over qualified,



detailed client briefs to the senior team.

Qualifications

- Experience: 1+ year in client relations, customer success, or B2B engagement.
- Language: Fluent in Malayalam and English (spoken and written).
- Tech: Basic proficiency with CRM software and Google Sheets.
- Skills: High empathy, strong active listening, and relationship-building ability.
