Role Description The Client Advisor is a full time, on-site role based at Hato – The Ring Studio in Bengaluru. This role involves welcoming and engaging clients in the studio, understanding their preferences, and guiding them through diamond and gemstone ring selections.

The Client

Advisor will provide detailed product information, explain customization options, and support clients in making confident purchasing decisions. Daily responsibilities include managing appointments, maintaining accurate client records, coordinating with design and production teams, and ensuring a seamless client experience from first contact through post-purchase follow-up.



The role also includes handling inquiries, resolving service issues, and contributing to visual merchandising and studio presentation to reflect the brand’s luxury standards.

Qualifications

Solid Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, including active listening, clear articulation, and a polished, professional demeanor.

Familiarity with Insurance related to jewelry purchases or willingness to learn and explain relevant coverage options to clients.

Knowledge or strong interest in luxury jewelry, diamonds, and gemstones; prior experience in premium or luxury retail is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site full time in Bengaluru, including weekends and peak retail hours as required.

Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using digital tools or CRM systems to manage client information.

Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in business, fashion, luxury management, or a related field is beneficial.

Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and respect for diverse clients and colleagues in a professional setting.
