Role Description The Claude AI Certified Trainer and Consultant is responsible for designing, delivering, and refining Claude AI-focused training programs and consulting engagements for corporate, academic, and professional audiences. Day-to-day activities include creating structured curricula, developing training materials and labs, conducting instructor-led sessions (online and in-person), and providing guidance on practical Claude AI implementation in business use cases.



The role involves collaborating with clients to assess their AI readiness, advising on Claude AI strategy and integration, and supporting AI automation and agentic AI solutions aligned with TechnoHana’s enterprise-focused offerings.

The Trainer and Consultant will also contribute to certification preparation paths, internal knowledge repositories, and thought leadership content related to Claude AI and broader Generative AI trends. This is a full time, hybrid role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, with a mix of on-site client and classroom sessions and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Claude AI and Generative AI, including prompt engineering, workflow design, and practical deployment of AI solutions in business contexts.
- Experience in AI consulting, covering requirements discovery, solution design, AI strategy advisory, and implementation guidance for enterprise and institutional clients.
- Background in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or Software Development, with hands-on exposure to modern AI tools, APIs, and cloud-based AI platforms.
- Proven ability to design and deliver instructor-led training, including curriculum development, lab creation, and facilitation of workshops for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts in clear, accessible language.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, including client visits, classroom delivery, and remote sessions.
