SP Design Developers LLP is looking for a motivated Site Engineer (Civil) to supervise day-to-day construction activities, ensure quality execution, and coordinate with project teams. Candidates with experience in industrial, commercial, or residential construction projects are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor RCC, finishing, structural, and civil construction activities.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and the project team.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at site.
- Plan and monitor labour, materials, and equipment requirements.
- Verify site measurements and maintain daily progress reports.
- Check material quality and ensure proper utilization.
- Identify and resolve site execution issues.
- Support billing, quantity verification, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of work as per project schedule.

Requirements
- Diploma / B.E.



/ B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in industrial, commercial, or residential construction.
- Good knowledge of RCC, finishing works, drawings, and site execution.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD is preferred.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
